South West Shetland Pony Group:
Established in 1991 to bring together breeders and enthusiasts to learn about and enjoy Shetland ponies. We organise talks, demonstrations, teach-in days, social events and an annual Fun Day and Show.

Breed and sell Shetland Ponies – Standard, Miniatures and Miniature Spotted ponies. The Stud is based in Okehampton, Devon on the edge of Dartmoor.
Sharptor Shetland Pony Stud:
Both standard and miniature Shetland ponies with the emphasis on breeding sound ponies that are true to type.The studs aim is to breed standard ponies that are up to height in chestnut and broken coloured. The stud also includes roans and piebalds.
